Thank you for pre-ordering Destined Rivals with us! We’re thrilled to bring this exciting Pokemon TCG expansion to the community and appreciate your continued support.

As we approach the official release date on May 30th, here are some important updates to help ensure a smooth in-store experience for everyone.

 

🎉 VTR’s 25th Anniversary Celebration

Coinciding with the DR release weekend, we’ll be offering special anniversary deals to celebrate 25 years of the VTR family! Expect fantastic promos, along with tons of restocks arriving over the next few days—including toys, video games, TCG products, and more! Sales continue until Jun 30th, 2025!

 

🏪 In-Store (Mississauga Location)

Early Hours for May 30: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Pre-Order Pickups:
    For quick service, pre-orders will be ready at the front reception. Please wait for your pick up confirmation before coming! A valid ID will be needed for verification.
  • Shopping & Trade-Ins:
    To ensure a comfortable experience, only 10 guests will be allowed in the showrooms at a time.
  • Walk-In Availability:
    Didn’t pre-order? A limited quantity of Destined Rivals will be available for purchase in-store. Please note: priority will be given to pre-orders.

📦 Online Orders

  • Shipping:
    You will be updated if any adjustments need to be made once we process your order. All orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we aim to ship close to the release date and fulfill as many items as we can, please expect possible delays up to 2 weeks due to high volume.   • In-Store Pickup (Online Orders):
    Please wait for your “ready for pickup” email before coming in.
