Hello VTR Family!

We know everyone has been anxious to get your hands on the latest Pokemon set and we've always got you covered! We thought we would give you a quick behind the scenes update and assure those who ordered online that shipment confirmations are coming soon!

As you may be aware, due to this being the largest set of the year with many SKUs being released on the same day, there have been widespread delays with product shipments. We are also working at full capacity with managing the holiday season. With that said, to help boost efficiency we have decided to postpone the online release and split shipment of some items to start in the week of Nov 17th.

Important points:

• As usual, we will guarantee product and preorder price for everyone as long as policy is followed
• Booster boxes/bundles/packs ship starting Nov 10th
• Product will be available for purchase in store Nov 14th
• Lucario Ex box start shipping Nov 14th
• ETBs/UPCs start shipping Nov 17th
• Decks and toolkits starting Nov 19th
• 3-packs & Prismatic figure ship starting Nov 24th
  
• Build & Battles official release Nov 28th
• Wave 2 start shipping Dec 5th
• Some orders may be shipped together or separately on a case by case basis as our inventory comes in
• Please pick up in store whenever possible (this is always the best option), we have extra stock sent to the shop
• While recent releases are the priority at the moment, please be mindful that our other product lines deserve attention too! All orders are processed in sequence.
• Cancellations can be requested at anytime before shipment if you no longer want to wait.

We want to assure you that the team is working around the clock and pushing out hundreds of orders a day! Please note as we are working at capacity there will be delays in responding to chat and emails so we can allocate more time to packing orders (we are not ignoring you on purpose).
