We stand behind every item we sell. All new items are sourced from the best quality available and all used items are tested and in good condition. In the rare event that there is an issue with an item you ordered, please contact us right away! We are here to help and to make things right!

Videogames, movies, accessories and small electronics

We offer a 30 days defective exchange period for most videogames sold online and in store. If the same item is out of stock, a refund will be issued. For items ordered online that can be returned, a return label will be provided to you.

Exceptions

Due to limited quantity and rare nature of certain items, all collectibles (including collector's editions), Amiibos, FUNKO POP, statues & figures, trading cards, brand new limited edition items are deemed FINAL SALE and AS-IS.

*Please note any DLC content with video games cannot be guaranteed as they may be used, invalid or expired.

Televisions

All open box, refurbished, used TVs are FINAL SALE and will come with reliable in-store warranty and original accessories, unless otherwise stated. We will go through all the details with you, including important care tips in store.

Shipping issues

It is very important that you provide a complete and accurate shipping and email address. We will only ship to the address provided in your order and will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will also be charged the full original shipping cost for any "Return to Sender" packages. Proof of delivery is determined through tracking number and our courier. Email is the main method the site communicates with you regarding orders. DO NOT accept any packages that appears to be tampered with and report it to the courier as soon as possible!

Damaged or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
