VTRGaming eGift Cards can be redeemed online and in store. Just simply enter your unique code at checkout or present it in store to claim. Please ensure you safekeep this code and not share with anyone other than the intended recipient. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen codes/cards. 

EGift Cards can be directly sent to a recipient of your choice when ordering online (send as a gift). The code will only to sent to the email provided at the time of order so please ensure accuracy.

• You will not be shipped a physical product
• You or your intended recipient will receive a separate email containing the eGift Card code after successful order placement (within 24hrs-48hrs). Please contact us 416-562-4948 if you did not receive anything within this time frame
• eGift Cards can only be redeemed by the intended recipient
• No expiration dates (unless otherwise stated) and no fees
• Card balances can be viewed through the link provided in your original order email
• Card balances from multiple codes cannot be combined, must be used separately in different transactions
• eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash or gift cards
• eGift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable
• VTRGaming and its affiliates are not responsible for stolen or misplaced eGift Card codes
