Hello VTR Family!

We know everyone has been anxious to get your hands on the latest Pokemon set and we are happy to announce we just received our first truckload of new products today! With the next Ascended Heroes drop fast approaching, we’ve got some news to share with everyone.

Important points:

• The following items will be releasing Feb 20^th, 2026: ASC ETBs/Mini Tins/2-packs & Charizard Tins!
• As usual, we will guarantee product and preorder price for everyone as long as policy is followed
• Orders exceeding limits will be cancelled/adjusted or placed on backorder
• We will be receiving inventory shipments throughout the rest of the month. All available preorders are processed in sequence starting Feb 19^th as our inventory rolls in.
• “Wave 2” preorders will be available to us in March!
• Per policy, if your order contains items not yet released, the entire order will be processed together when everything becomes in stock! However, items can be shipped separately for additional charge if requested.
• In Store Pick Ups - Please wait for your “pick up ready” email before coming to store to pick up.
• In Store Release - Additional inventory will be sent to our Mississauga location on Feb 20^th for the in store release! We also have massive restocks on almost everything including videogames, toys, and singles coming in this weekend.
• Cancellations with full refund can be requested via email (with CANCEL in the header) if your order has not been processed yet. All orders are final sale once processed/shipped.
