Reservations and in person pickup
We offer local pick up option at checkout and is free of charge. Please wait for your "Order Ready" notification before visiting. Orders are usually ready within 24hrs. Valid photo ID is required for pick up.
Shipping Process
We offer shipping to anywhere in Canada and USA that is normally accessible through traditional shipping methods.
Shipping is FREE within Canada and US on any orders over $100 local currency (before taxes and after promotional discounts). Extra charges may apply for oversize items and/or to certain remote locations.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, except during periods of high volume or due to external factors outside our control. Please note we will not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping (from date of shipping)**:
- GTA area: 1-2 business days
- Outer Ontario/Quebec/Manitoba: 2-3 business days
- Eastern/Western Canada: 2-5 business days
- Northern Canada: 4-7 business days
- US: Up to 30 business days, please expect further delays at customs starting Aug 2025, delivery times are not guaranteed
USA: Enjoy free shipping on any orders of $100 or more! Please note customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by U.S. Customs or couriers. As of Aug 31st, 2025, all packages crossing the border are expected to be scrutinized no matter the value of your order. Additional charges and delays may occur due to customs processing.
UK: all you can ship for flat rate of CAD$85 per order tracked! Please note customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Please consult your local customs authorities if you have any questions.

**We will always combine shipping for multiple orders to the same address whenever possible, unless otherwise requested!
***Orders with both in stock items and pre-order items will be shipped together when everything becomes available!
Lost/Stolen Packages
*Please ensure shipping and email addresses provided in your order are complete and accurate. We will only ship to the address as provided in your order. You will be charged for the full original shipment cost for any "Return to Sender" packages.
All orders are shipped with tracking service. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages if courier confirms successful delivery.
