Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Effective January 1, 2026
Please read carefully before purchasing. All pre-orders are subject to the terms below. By placing a pre-order with VTRGaming, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
Pre-Order Price Protection
At VTRGaming, all pre-order prices are guaranteed—even if our cost or the market price increases after release.
If our selling price is significantly reduced at the time of release or shipment, you will be eligible to receive the difference as store credit.
All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your reservation.
Pre-orders do not qualify for price matching, discounts, or promotional offers.
Fulfillment Process
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date. VTRGaming is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address information.
Online pre-orders are typically shipped on or around the official release date. Our targeted fulfillment window is 7 days before and after the official release date, unless delayed due to inventory shortages, high order volume, or circumstances beyond our control. For high-demand items, supply constraints and delays may occur. We recommend in-store pickup whenever possible for faster and more convenient service.

Important: Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available. If you require an in-stock item urgently, please place a separate order or contact us at 416-562-4948.
All TCG products are final sale once shipped. Please refer to our return policy for additional details.
***Pick up orders are usually notified via email or phone, orders not picked up within 30 days of release will be forfeitted and amount paid transferred to store credit.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests with full refund can be submitted by email to info@vtrgaming.ca.
We do not charge cancellation fees; however, we ask customers to place orders thoughtfully, as cancellations are time-consuming and costly. Cancellations will not be accepted within 7 days before or after the official release date as your orders would be prepped for shipping. During this period, all orders are considered final sale.
In-store pickup orders will be held for 30 days from the official release date. Unclaimed orders after this period will be converted to store credit.
Please note: frequent cancellations not initiated by us may be subject to additional fees, and we reserve the right to refuse service.
High-Demand / Limited-Edition Products
High-demand or limited-edition items may be subject to quantity limits per customer. Orders exceeding stated limits may have excess quantities cancelled or placed on backorder. Please adhere to posted limits to avoid delays or cancellations.
We will honor and lock in the price paid for all pre-orders and will fulfill orders as long as inventory can be obtained within a reasonable timeframe. Certain products—such as trading cards—are subject to supplier allocations that may change up to the release date.
In rare cases where allocations are reduced or shorted, your order may be delayed while we make best efforts to secure inventory within 30 days. If fulfillment is not possible, quantities may be adjusted or the order cancelled, in which case a full refund will be issued for the affected items.
Although not taken lightly, VTRGaming reserves the right to adjust or cancel pre-orders at any time. If this occurs, a full refund will be provided for the affected portion of the order.
