Please read before purchasing. All pre-orders are subject to the terms stated below. By placing a pre-order with us, you understand and agree to these terms. 

Pre-Order Price Protection

At VTRGaming, all preorder prices are guaranteed, even if the price or the cost to obtain inventory increases after release! Additionally, in the event that our selling price is significantly reduced at the time of release or at the time it was shipped, you will also be eligible to receive the difference back as store credit! 

At this time, all pre-orders must be paid in full to ensure reservation of the product. Preorders do not qualify for price match or discounts.

Fulfillment Process

**Please ensure your shipping address remains up to date with us! We will not be responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

Online orders will be shipped before or around release day, unless there are inventory shortages, periods of high volume, or other events outside our control. For high-demand items, supply shortages and delays are to be expected while we work hard to get product to you. We recommend in store pick up whenever possible for faster, convenient service. Please note, although infrequent, release dates are subject to change. For updates on releases and status trackers, please refer to our website www.vtrgaming.ca.

***Important: Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together when everything becomes available! If you require an item urgently please contact us at 416-562-4948 or place orders for in-stock items separately.

All TCG products become Final Sale once shipped. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Cancellations

Cancellations requested before the official release date will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee.

In circumstances where there are delays, if your order has not been processed 14 days after official release, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund via email request to info@vtrgaming.ca. 

Please note, unless a cancellation is requested, orders will remain active for up to 30 days from the official release date. If we are unable to fulfill your order within this time period to the best of our ability, it will be cancelled and fully refunded to clear our queue.

High Demand/Limited Edition products

High demand products may be subject to quantity limits per customer. Any orders exceeding specified quantity limits may have the entire order or extra quantities cancelled/placed on backorder. To avoid delays or cancellations please follow the limits.

We will honor and lock in the price you paid for preorders and will fulfill all orders as long as we are able to obtain the inventory within a reasonable amount of time. Please note certain items such as trading cards rely on allocations from our suppliers - which may change any time up to the release date. In the rare event that a distributor short stocks a product or reduce our allocations, your order may be delayed while we make our best efforts to get the product into the hands of the community within 30 days. As a last resort, we may be forced to reduce the quantities in your order or cancel it entirely. In which case, you will be fully refunded for the adjustments.

Although not taken lightly, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust pre-orders at any time for any reason, in which case you will be refunded in full for the change.
