As a valued member, all The Hidden Section Access Cardholders can receive the following benefits at any VTR location. Just simply present your membership card in store to unlock extra amazing perks! Ask an associate in store for details.

--> Discount on purchases: All members will receive additional 10% discount on all purchases including TVs (once per transaction and in store only). This discount can also be combined with regular sales promotions and applies to all products in store. 

--> Higher trade-in values: All members will receive additional 10% value on all trade-ins. E.g. If you were quoted $100 for your trades, you will receive an additional $10 in value simply for being a member. Standard cash value discount still applies.

--> Extra TV warranty: Members will receive double the warranty offered on all open box/refurbished/used TVs. E.g. unless the item is sold AS-IS with zero warranty, the standard warranty of 30 days would be doubled to 60 days. If an extended warranty plan was purchased, the amount of days would also be doubled for members!

--> Longer reservations: Layaway any item in store for up to 14 days with no deposit required (7 days for non members)!

--> Skip the line: Members receive extra allocations to most new product releases and exclusives for up to 30 days, as well as early access to grand openings and special events! Certain locations will also open for you at flexible business hours (subject to availability), just give us a call to confirm.

 

The more serious stuff (Terms and Conditions)

1. Overview

VTRGaming and its affiliates are proud to offer The Hidden Section loyalty program to customers in Canada. Enrolment in the program grants the Member all the specific benefits outlined above as well as a copy of The Hidden Section Access Card ("Membership card").

The purchase, enrolment and use of the Membership card and its benefits by the customer assumes full acceptance of our membership terms and conditions. By enrolling in the program, you agree to have read all of the Terms and Conditions and are bound by all of them while the Membership remains active. VTRGaming may change the Terms and Conditions at any time and may update or replace previous terms with or without notice and assumes no liability. Management reserves all rights to this program and its applications. Benefits may be expanded, reduced, or modified at any time. Any changes will be provided to members on our website and/or via email.

2. Use and registration

Membership benefits are valid in stores only and will be honored for as long as our physical locations in Canada are in operation. To receive the benefits at the time of transaction, the physical access card should be presented to staff. We may also accept your information as proof of membership status. Only information needed to register are name and email (don't worry, no marketing spams). A unique Member ID will be noted on the card at time of registration. Member information and Member ID must match as registered in order to claim its benefits.

3. Purchase and renewals

The membership and its benefits will expire One (1) full fiscal year from date of enrolment, after which a renewal must be purchased each year to continue the membership privileges. Membership fee is CAD$19.99 plus applicable taxes per year. Membership fees are final sale and nonrefundable after purchase. The membership card is deemed to be zero face value and are non-transferrable/resellable.

4. Lost or stolen cards

Lost or stolen cards that have not expired can be replaced in store with the latest version available with proof of receipt or ID verification, free of charge. Frequent and unusual replacements may be grounds for denial and cancellation of membership by management.

5. Termination

Members may choose to terminate their membership at any time in writing and sent to vtrgaming@hotmail.com. Termination will be effective immediately upon receipt and will immediately absolve us of any obligations to honor any membership benefits to you. Membership fees are final sale and nonrefundable.

Abuse of the program and anything in relation will lead to cancellation of the membership immediately.

VTRGaming reserves the right to terminate this program at any time, upon which no new additional members will be accepted. Any remaining active memberships will be honored until expiry.
