Pre-Orders:

• Processing window is 5 business days around the release date depending on volume
• We will guarantee product and preorder price for everyone as long as policy is followed
• Orders exceeding limits will be cancelled/adjusted or placed on backorder
• “Wave 2” preorders will be available to us weeks after the initial release.
• Per policy, if your order contains items not yet released, the entire order will be processed together when everything becomes in stock! However, items can be shipped separately for additional charge if requested.
• In Store Pick Ups - Please wait for your “pick up ready” email before coming to store to pick up.
• In Store Release - Additional inventory will be sent to our Mississauga location for the in store release!
• Cancellations with full refund can be requested via email (with CANCEL in the header) if your order has not been processed yet. All orders are final sale once processed/shipped.
