Terms & Conditions

VTRGaming is proud to offer the VTR Rewards Program ("Program") to our customers online (www.vtrgaming.ca) and at any VTRGaming locations effective July 1st, 2026. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. VTRGaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

1. Eligibility

• Participation in the Program is free.
• Customers must have an active customer account to earn and redeem points. Customers can sign up on our website www.vtrgaming.ca or in store. One account per person.
• By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies.
• Products listed on our third party marketplaces do not qualify for this program.

2. Earning Points

• Members earn 2 points (XP) for every $1 CAD spent on eligible merchandise purchases.
• Points are calculated based on the purchase subtotal after discounts, store credit or trade-ins and before taxes, shipping fees, duties, and other charges.
• Points are earned when a customer provides their email address or account details at the time of purchase in-store, or logs into their account when shopping online.
• In-store purchases must be associated with a valid rewards account at the time of transaction in order to earn points. Points cannot be added retroactively if an account was not provided at checkout.
• Points are only awarded at the time of purchase and cannot be added, adjusted, or retroactively applied after the transaction is completed.
• Points are generally awarded after an order has been completed and may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.
• Certain products, services, promotions, or transactions may be excluded from earning points at VTRGaming's discretion.

3. Redeeming Points

• Members may redeem 100 points (XP) for $1 CAD in rewards
• From time to time, pre determined points (XP) can be redeemed for exclusive products offered for free by VTRGaming, while supplies last (see bottom).
• Points may only be redeemed through an eligible customer account.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Points may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or assigned to another customer or account.
• Rewards cannot be applied to previous purchases.

4. Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated:

• Points are not earned on taxes, shipping charges, duties, or fees.
• Points cannot be added retroactively for orders placed before the effective date of the program of July 1st, 2026.
• Points are not earned on gift card purchases.
• Points may not be redeemed toward the purchase of gift cards.
• Certain limited-edition, promotional, clearance, or special-order items may be excluded from earning or redeeming points as per VTRGaming's discretion.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• If an order is refunded, returned, cancelled, or otherwise reversed, any points earned from that transaction may be removed from the account.
• If points were redeemed on an order that is later refunded or cancelled, VTRGaming reserves the right to adjust the member's point balance accordingly.
• Abuse of return policies for the purpose of generating rewards may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Account Responsibility

• Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
• Customers should immediately notify VTRGaming of any suspected unauthorized account activity.
• VTRGaming is not responsible for lost rewards resulting from incorrect customer information or unauthorized access to an account.

7. Point Expiration

• Points expire 12 months (1 year) after the date they are earned.
• Expired points are automatically removed from the account and cannot be reinstated.
  
• VTRGaming reserves the right to modify point expiration policies in the future. Any such changes will be communicated through the website or Program page.

8. Program Changes

VTRGaming reserves the right to:

• Modify earning rates, redemption rates, rewards, benefits, or eligibility requirements.
• Add or remove rewards.
• Suspend, restrict, or terminate the Program.
• Correct errors related to point balances, rewards, or account activity.

Changes may be made at any time without prior notice unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

VTRGaming may suspend or terminate participation in the Program if it determines that a member has:

• Created multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards.
• Manipulated or attempted to manipulate the Program.
• Provided false information.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or suspicious activity.
• Violated these Terms & Conditions.

Any points or rewards obtained through such activities may be revoked without compensation.

10. Third-Party Rewards Platform

The Program is powered and administered through a third-party rewards platform.

By participating in the Program, customers acknowledge that certain account information, transaction data, and reward activity may be processed by the third-party platform in accordance with its own terms of service and privacy policies.

While VTRGaming determines the rules and benefits of the Program, certain aspects of point tracking, reward issuance, account management, and Program functionality are provided by the third-party platform.

VTRGaming is not responsible for service interruptions, technical issues, delays, data processing errors, or other issues arising from the operation of the third-party platform. Point balances and reward activity are subject to the records maintained by the platform and may be adjusted if discrepancies are identified.

11. Limitation of Liability

• VTRGaming makes no warranties regarding the availability or operation of the Program and is provided on an "As-Is" basis.
• VTRGaming is not liable for technical failures, system outages, unauthorized access, delays, or errors affecting participation in the Program.
• VTRGaming's decisions regarding point balances, eligibility, and reward redemption shall be final.

12. Privacy

Information collected through participation in the Program is subject to VTRGaming's Privacy Policy and may also be subject to the privacy practices of third-party service providers involved in administering the Program. The only information we request for sign up are full name, email address, and phone number.

13. Referral Rewards

• Customers may earn referral rewards through eligible referral activity as defined by the Program.
• Referral rewards are issued as discount coupons or store credit codes, not points unless otherwise stated.
• Referral coupons expire 6 months after issuance.
• Referral rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
• Referral rewards may not be combined with certain promotions unless explicitly allowed.
• VTRGaming reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or system manipulation.

14. Additional Member Perks

From time to time, VTRGaming may offer additional benefits with membership which will be subject to the terms stated above and any other applicable store policy.

Products and discounts offered as Member Rewards are exclusively available through the VTR Rewards Program and cannot be purchased directly.

Redeem the required XP through VTR Rewards to unlock the corresponding reward and complete checkout. Once your order is confirmed, your reward will be reserved and fulfilled in accordance with our standard fulfillment process.

Orders placed without a valid VTR Rewards redemption are subject to cancellation and will be voided.

VTR Rewards VIP Tier Terms & Conditions

The VTR Rewards VIP Tier Program is available to eligible VTR Rewards members and is based on a member’s qualifying lifetime spend with VTRGaming since inception of the program on July 1st, 2026.

1. VIP Tier Levels

Members may qualify for the following tiers based on qualifying lifetime spend:

• Member: Free to join
• Silver: $2,000+ lifetime spend
• Gold: $5,000+ lifetime spend
• Diamond: $10,000+ lifetime spend

Once a VIP tier has been earned, the member will retain that tier unless the account is closed, suspended, or adjusted in accordance with these Terms or other applicable store policy.

2. Qualifying Lifetime Spend

Lifetime spend is calculated using eligible purchases associated with the member’s VTR Rewards account.

Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, cancelled orders, refunded purchases, store credit purchases, fees, and other excluded transactions may not count toward lifetime spend.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or other order adjustments may result in a corresponding adjustment to the member’s lifetime spend.

Purchases must be associated with the member’s account at the time of purchase to qualify. VTRGaming may not be able to retroactively apply previous purchases to a member account.

3. VIP Benefits

Silver

• 5% off eligible purchases
• One-time $5 Milestone Reward upon reaching Silver

Gold

• 5% off eligible purchases
• Early access to select preorders
• One-time $20 Milestone Reward upon reaching Gold

Diamond

• 10% off eligible purchases
• Priority access to select preorders
• One-time $50 Milestone Reward upon reaching Diamond

Benefits are subject to availability and applicable exclusions.

4. VIP Discounts

VIP discounts apply only to eligible products and purchases.

Certain products, promotions, preorders, limited-release items, redemption products, gift cards, services, already-discounted merchandise, or other designated items may be excluded.

VIP discounts may not be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or offers unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. Milestone Rewards

Milestone Rewards are issued once when a member first reaches the corresponding VIP tier.

Milestone Rewards:

• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be transferred or sold.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• May be subject to minimum purchase requirements, expiry dates, product exclusions, or other redemption conditions.
• May not be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

A member will not receive the same Milestone Reward more than once.

6. Early & Priority Preorder Access

Gold and Diamond members may receive special access to selected preorder opportunities.

Early Access gives Gold members an opportunity to purchase selected products before general availability.

Priority Access gives Diamond members access ahead of all other membership tiers.

Early or Priority Access does not guarantee product availability, allocation, pricing, or the ability to purchase any particular product.

All products remain subject to available inventory, purchase limits, manufacturer allocations, release schedules, and applicable VTRGaming preorder policies.

7. XP & VIP Status

XP and VIP status are separate components of the VTR Rewards Program.

XP may be earned and redeemed for eligible rewards, discounts, products, or promotional offers.

VIP status is determined by qualifying lifetime spend and is not determined by a member’s current XP balance.

Redeeming XP does not reduce a member’s qualifying lifetime spend or earned VIP status.

8. Membership Accounts

VIP benefits are intended solely for the individual member associated with the VTR Rewards account.

Membership status, benefits, rewards, discounts, and preorder access are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, exchanged, or combined between accounts.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

VTRGaming reserves the right to review, suspend, adjust, or terminate an account where there is suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate accounts, unauthorized resale of benefits, or violation of program or store policies.

9. Returns & Adjustments

If a purchase that contributed toward VIP qualification is returned, refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, VTRGaming may adjust the member’s lifetime spend accordingly.

Where a reward or benefit was obtained as a result of an incorrect or subsequently reversed transaction, VTRGaming reserves the right to correct the account or revoke the associated benefit where appropriate.

10. Program Changes

VTRGaming reserves the right to modify VIP thresholds, benefits, discounts, exclusions, rewards, qualifying purchase rules, or other program features at any time.

Where practical, significant changes will be communicated through the VTRGaming website or other official channels.

VTRGaming may also suspend or discontinue the VIP Tier Program where necessary.

11. Errors & Account Corrections

VTRGaming reserves the right to correct errors involving lifetime spend balances, XP, VIP status, rewards, discounts, or other program benefits.

In the event of a discrepancy, VTRGaming’s transaction and account records will be used to determine eligibility and status, subject to applicable law.

12. General

VIP benefits are promotional membership benefits and are not cash, stored value, or property of the member. 

Participation in VTR Rewards constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as well as all applicable VTRGaming store, preorder, shipping, return, and rewards policies.

Additional restrictions may apply to specific promotions, rewards, products, or events.
